This Agreement is established electronically between TAUST Teknoloji Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and the natural or legal person who becomes a member of the Samanlık Agriculture Classifieds Platform mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), for the purpose of determining the terms of use of the application.
Samanlık is a marketplace platform where users can post listings and establish business connections for agricultural production tools (baling, silage, combine harvesting, etc.) and transportation services.
To become a member of the application, one must be at least 18 years of age. The User undertakes the accuracy of the information provided in their profile and listings.
Content Responsibility: The responsibility for the quality, price, stock status, and whether the images reflect reality of the product in the listing published by the User rests entirely with the User. The Company is not obliged to audit the content of the listings.
Commercial Relationships: Samanlık is not a party to the commercial agreements (leasing, sales, transportation process) between users. The Company cannot be held responsible for situations such as payment disputes, non-delivery of goods, or defective services that may arise between users.
Legal Compliance: Users may not post listings that are contrary to the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Services such as featured listings and membership packages are collected through the Iyzico infrastructure.
Upon completion of payment transactions, the service is deemed to have been performed instantly. Refund requests for these transactions within the scope of digital content are subject to the relevant legislation.
The Company reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts that threaten the security of the platform, post misleading listings, or harass other users without prior notice.
Republic of Türkiye Law shall apply to any disputes arising from this agreement, and Izmir Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.
